Shift Information
- On-site/Phones: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm ($16/hour), or
- Remote: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm ($14/hour), or
- Remote: Saturday - Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm ($14/hour)
- Remote: Custom Schedule, Full or Part-Time ($14/hour)
Position Responsibilities
- Effectively manage incoming chats, calls, and emails
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions to complaints
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Quickly and effectively communicate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Firm understanding and familiarity with basic technology
- Adequate desktop of laptop computer to run browser-based software (if remote)
- Cell phone with headphones to receive and place calls via an app. No cell phone minutes needed. (if remote)
